great location but noisy at night

The continuous street noise is a major downside, with loud music blaring until the early hours from nearby K-pop activities, making sleep difficult even on the 12th floor. The slow elevators can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Also, the rooms are in need of updating. they feel a bit worn and lack sufficient amenities, like mini-fridges. Limited breakfast options leave something to be desired, presenting only basic offerings that don’t quite meet expectations for a proper start to the morning.

I recently enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to its perfect location just minutes from iconic spots like Times Square and the Empire State Building. The room was clean and comfortably appointed, making it a great home base for exploring the city. However, I found the breakfast options somewhat basic and lacking in variety, which could use some enhancement.

Good place with great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, a fitness centre, and friendly service. The staff helped me find great sights on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

stayed at hotel at fifth avenue for 8 nights and loved the location! it’s just a minute from the subway and near busy shopping areas. the facilities are decent too, with a free tea machine on a lower level. the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a great job! seeing the original footprints of the twin towers was a touching experience.
